I am an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and have been working in the mental health field since 2017. I consider psychology, mental health, and the inner-experience as a life-long passion of mine and I strive to keep improving in my knowledge and therapeutic application.

Do you struggle to picture yourself in a stereotypical counseling setting that is awkward and heavy? Or have past therapy experiences left you feeling like something essential was missing despite your best efforts? I've heard this far too often, and I'm passionate about offering a refreshing alternative to what can be the stifling environment of modern therapy. I strive to empower those who've struggledβ€”or worry about strugglingβ€”to find a therapist who truly understands and is able to help. Together, we'll unlock your innate potential: mastering challenging emotions, growing positive ones, and taking bold action with inner-strength.

The meaningful and serious topics that matter to us don't have to exclude life's joy and humor. Even the barriers that feel impossible right now can become pathways that lead us to deeper truth and lasting acceptance. My approach blends CBT, existential, and spiritual perspectives, deeply informed by my study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism.

I specialize in Complex Trauma, OCD, and related anxiety disorders. I also have advanced expertise in the gold-standard treatments of exposure modalities (ERP, PE). Your next step towards transformation can start now. An authentic therapeutic connection can spark profound, lasting growth - and I would be deeply honored to walk that path with you.
